About Me

Jennie Lee is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and Spiritual Life Coach with more than 20 years experience. Known for her creative and soulful approach to coaching, Lee’s testimonials speak volumes. Her unique combination of intuitive guidance, physical challenge, transformative breath work, and mindfulness training is like no other. Based on her personal 30 year study of spiritual psychology, yoga philosophy, self-actualization, and meditation. Jennie's coaching includes practices for mind, body and soul, through meditation, movement and self-inquiry. Certified in Yoga Therapy through the International Association of Yoga Therapists, Lee is also a Certified Body Centered Process Therapist.
By making the ancient teachings applicable to daily challenges, Jennie helps clients discover how to lead joyful, authentic lives. Jennie is the author of Breathing Love: Meditation in Action and True Yoga: Practicing with the Yoga Sutras for Happiness & Spiritual Fulfillment. She is available for coaching by phone or Skype internationally and in person on the island of O’ahu.
