About Me

Hi! I'm a Vietnamese-American woman, highly sensitive person, and dog mom of good boy Gus!

I received my board certification in health & wellness coaching in 2021, am training in somatic healing, and have 10+ years of business and product experience. I'm in the final stages of getting ICF ACC credentialed through Lumia Coaching.

I have a Master's in Integrative Health Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a Bachelor's in Economics from UC Berkeley.

I’m primarily an integrative health and wellness coach, offering an evidence-based, whole body approach to mental health and emotional well-being. I also offer leadership/business coaching for changemakers.

I center marginalized groups such as women, BIPOC, 1.5/2 Gen, neurodivergent folks, expats, and changemakers by coaching people toward clarity, embodiment, mindfulness, and connection to internal power.
