About Me

I am a professional Life & Fulfillment coach with a range of experience in strength-based personal development and human-centered communications strategy, having worked in a range of fields from corporate agencies to non-profits and startups. I was certified by The International Coaching Federation (ICF) in the Co-Active Coaching Model at The Coaches Training Institute. I’ve also been trained in the Enneagram, Myers-Briggs, Design Thinking, Marcus Buckingham’s Strengths Finder, Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Landmark Forum teachings, and lessons from Dr. Maria Nemeth’s Academy for Coaching Excellence.

I'm passionate about helping others find fulfillment in their work lives by supporting them to step into their full power – so those feelings of overwhelming, anxiety and “watching the clock tick by” melt away.

I’ve been told I have a knack for understanding intrinsic motivations and uncovering blind spots in others. Capitalizing on strengths and solving problems with a human-centered, creative approach is a recipe that fuels my most meaningful work, allowing me to give my best self to others.
