About Me

I coach people who need relationship help, clarity in their life or career, better leadership skills, or spiritual growth. I focus on mindful and compassionate listening and questioning of the client to evoke clarity, peace, purpose and self love.

I'm an author and coach who has been seen on ABC15 and featured in NY Weekly, The American Reporter, and others. I've been studying spirituality since high school and have lived like a monk in South Korea for 5 years. I use compassionate coaching and meditative inquiry to dissolve blocks as they come up in pursuit of clients’ goals. My mission is to bring true happiness into the world, and my ideal clients are women who want to develop more self love and those interested in spirituality.
