About Me
I transformed myself from morbidly obese to a marathon runner, and have maintained my weight loss of 100 pounds since 2002. In addition to holding a Masters Degree in Leadership from Augsburg University, I have over 15 years of experience in corporate financial environments in quality control and fraud investigations. I present motivational health seminars to companies both locally and virtually. My personal belief is my clients are innately powerful, and have the tools they need to achieve their boldest goals. I am simply the guide for that journey.

Jenn has such a lovely demeanor. I've only worked with her once so far regarding tackling an overwhelming to do list, but she seems to really understand. She listens well and has such a gentle energy. :)
