About Me

With my past experiences and education in psychology, social services and solution-based counseling, I bring an emotional, cognitive and behavioural approach to coaching where I empathise with the emotions of my clients from a non-judgmental and objective stance in order to assist my client to expand their perspectives on their hardships. I help bring clarity to the client’s thoughts and address behaviours that may be helpful in working towards their goals. My analytical, curious and intuitive mind, helps me work alongside my clients to pin point their challenges and develop strategies for how to overcome their individual struggles so that they can attain their goals. Whether it be personal development, family dynamics or romantic/relational struggles, I believe that self-awareness and mindfulness are major keys to successful growth and desired outcomes. For this reason, I believe in the empowerment approach where I provide encouragement to my clients so that they may find their inner strength to overcome their adversities and become the best versions of themselves while attaining their goals.
