About Me

I'm very interested in getting to the core of limiting beliefs, concepts, emotional blockages and fears which keep you stuck. Very often when a client comes to me, they have challenges in their lives which are unresolved and are actually keeping them stuck in a repeating pattern, therefore they cannot create anything new in their lives. I specialize in communication skills, NLP, CBT and mindfulness and my job is to listen to your unique challenges and understand what they are so that we can sit together and figure out long term solutions.
