Hi, My name Jeff Berkowitz. I am truly passionate about elevating your health! I hold a BA in Sports Medicine, 10 years in the fitness industry, am a U.S. ARMY Veteran and am a fully certified Mindset Coach with the 5 star rated Ultimate Spark! Coaching.
What I do is use 23 different coaching techniques to help you re-program all the garbage that society has placed on you, so you can re-emerge cleansed through it as your most powerful, champion self.

My experience with Jeff has been amazing and a Godsend. His passion for helping people really shines through. I was having an emotional time after going through 2 miscarriages this year along with other things and he has helped me figure out how to feel through the process and heal. Also on how handle anxiety when it comes to how to live freely by not letting the words of others affect me.

I have really enjoyed working with Jeff! I started doing coaching calls with him and I have found it has really helped me. We first went over my goals and mostly what I needed to prioritize to live a more ideal life for myself. I have that I was more focused and aware of what I needed to do differently or the different outlooks I required when dealing with people and situations that come up in every day life!
