About Me

Are you separated, divorced, or coparenting with your ex and overwhelmed by it all? Do you feel like you can't be the parent you want to be? Can you become infuriated during communications with your ex? I've been there and got through it successfully. I'd like to help you create a smooth coparenting situation and a great life! We will work together to clearly identify the new life you want to create, gain confidence, the language, and the tools needed to reach that new life, raise healthy and happy kids, as well as create and maintain orderly communications with your ex.

After my own divorce and eventually developing a positive co-parenting situation, I have experienced what it's like to navigate this part of your life. I lost my parents in 2020 and my only sibling in 2022 which shifted my beliefs about what is important in life. Therefore, I moved from a career in personal and organizational strategy to coaching parents who are in or will be in a co-parent situation.

More about me:
-I am a Certified Divorce Coach. I also hold a master’s degree in Forensic Psychology and a Master of Social Work.

-I have worked with adults and children in various stages of their life (both positive and negative life situations).

-I have conquered the struggles of single parenting while working with my co-parent.

-I believe that self-love and self-care are the first steps to positively change your life.

-I focus on meditation, exercise, and Pranic Healing for my own self-care; we will work together to help you find what works for you.

-I believe that a positive mindset is the first step to a positive life. I love the saying by Lao-Tze "Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habits. Watch your habits; they become character. Watch your character; it becomes your destiny.”
