About Me

I am a Registered Nurse and Certified Health Education Specialist. I began my journey as nurse in the Emergency Department where I worked daily with individuals struggling with chronic diseases. Here I came to realize that our health system was failing so many people. What my patients needed was education and guidance but instead they were only given medication with no clear path. Here I became passionate about providing guidance and education to those who want to reclaim their health and get out of the American health care system.
