About Me

I'm Jayne Diller, Founder and Life Coach of Empower You-Life Source Center, that provides over 40 years experience in leadership, teaching, mentoring, and training. I offer a holistic, loving and caring approach to encourage the self-expression of one's strengths, talents and desires to promote an improved, balanced lifestyle. My main focus has always been providing positive structure, focus, guidance, education, resources, and advice to many of those who seek improvement in their personal growth, self-worth and purpose in their daily life.
I have a Bachelors of Social Work (BSW) degree from George Williams College (Aurora University) in Aurora, Illinois. As a Social Worker, my responsibilities were primarily assisting people with their everyday issues that impacted their daily lives, personal, family, and relationship issues or social issues, such as substance abuse, unemployment and homelessness. Families with domestic conflicts also turned to me for relief and guidance during difficult times. I've also worked as an advocate for the safety/well-being of my clients and coordinated relationships between families, agencies, and other institutes to promote healing and professional care.
I've served in many areas of the social arena as a volunteer with several dedicated hours. Through the years, I worked heavily with physically and mentally disabled children and adults, the homeless, disabled military veterans (especially those coping with PTSD and suicidal tendencies), abused women and their children and also the aged.
I've worked alongside many agencies such as: law enforcement, fire-fighters, rehab centers, mental health, medical groups, and countless homeless and women shelters.
My formal studies in college included: social work, psychology, theology, along with the many challenged experiences in my own life that has greatly impacted my service, work and love for people. Being a previous business owner, I now dedicate all of my time as a Life Coach.
