About Me

Throughout my career I have been privileged to lead teams that have fulfilled vital functions in manufacturing, customer service, and Human Resources. As I took on new roles and teams, I recognized the desire of others to become "unstuck", to learn and perform well for their own personal growth and for the benefit and success of the team. I also recognized and embraced my role in assisting in their quest for success.

Building bridges for individual and organizational success for others has become a passion that continues to drive my own personal growth. I have completed my Bachelors degree, an MBA, as well as professional Certification in Executive Coaching in association with the International Coaching Federation

I am leveraging 26 years of coaching and leadership experience in the corporate “trenches” and offering my knowledge, skills and passion to individuals and organizations in the broader market. According to my managers and peers I am exceptionally strong in interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and training.
