About Me

I understand the unique challenges associated with following Christ and advancing in a secular society. People look at you funny when you build a boat in the desert. Having a knowledgeable supporter is uncommon, as I had to figure a lot of things out myself. Because of my experiences, I am now able to walk with pastors and lay leaders, business owners and managers, and non-profit directors and staff. I help them navigate their way through challenges and change as they glorify God and grow personally. I have 15+ years in church leadership, almost 20 years in business ownership, and 10+ years in non-profit support. I use a strengths based approach in coaching and leadership development along with applied positive psychology principles. I strive to help everyone get in the right lane so they can experience higher satisfaction in work and life. I have the practical experience and training to help you fulfill the call.
