I am very impressed with Jay Izso. I recently appeared on his "A New Direction" Podcast. I have been on about 40 podcasts over the last 2 years. I have to say that Jay is one of the most prepared and energetic podcasters I have had the pleasure to meet. As a bonus, Jay also provided personal coaching to me when the podcast was over. I really appreciated Jay's counsel. I highly recommend Jay to sponsors who are looking for a good podcast to associate with. I recommend anyone with a message that you would like to get out there, to contact Jay about being on his podcast. Jay did a great job promoting my book, "Iron-Sharpened Leadership" because he actually read my book prior to the podcast, and my message in the book resonated with him. Jay takes pride in ensuring he reads the books of any author appearing on his podcast. Based on my experience, that is somewhat rare.
