Hello, I'm Coach J and my coaching philosophy is sports are supposed to be fun and when they aren't, it's time for intervention. Whenever there is a problem with sports performance, there is always a reason. Let's break it down, replace bad thinking with better winning thoughts. Your current situation can be much better. I've enjoyed working with teenage athletes and working in sports management of hundreds of college football players.
Sometimes the family is so close to the situation, they cannot help the athlete. My approach is to work with all the family to help the athlete perform at the highest level.
The bottom line is athletes and parents have thousand of hours and dollars invested in a successful athlete. Along the way, there are hiccups that have to be fixed. That's what I do and we will make playing sports more fun again.
