About Me

I have 4 great kids who have been homeschooled and 3 of them are right now in the local universities in Singapore. I have had much joy and hard breaks in my parenting journey and I feel that we have so much to share with those who are on the journey.

I have spent much of my professional life(over 23 years) in the banking industry. I had experience sitting on the local board and was the Chief Operations Officer, Chief Information Officer and the regional Business Continuity Manager. I spent much of my coaching conversations with senior managers and directors of banks. There are other clients from the major accounting firms, oil conglomerates and MNCs. It is such a privilege to walk alongside each of them in their career pathways.

In my own life journey, resilience and positivity is what keeps me going. Challenges are opportunities for growth and for renewals. Seasons of life are to prepare us for the next frontier. Perspectives, beliefs and framing are everything that provides us with our worldview and where we are. As human beings, we are better as a community - hence coaching is such a powerful tool for us to make sense of ourselves, our family and our work-life. The possibilities are out there - let no one tell you otherwise.
