About Me

I’m a client centered coach. I explore where the client is currently and identity ways of reaching the goals that are desired by the client. I want my clients to feel safe and know that all our interactions are confidential. My goal is to help you become the best that you can be, to help you have healthy relationships, and help you reach the outcomes you set for yourself! My educational backround: I have attained a Masters in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. I have worked in the Mental Health field since 2008 as a mental health therapist. I have extensive experience working with adults and older adults, and also have experience in social work and case management.
