About Me

I'm Jasmine Garner and I received Holistic Coaching certification from Radiant Health Institute in Nashville, TN and narrowed my focus to Body Image and Self-Esteem, certified by The CASE Institute.

My coaching practice was born through The Modest Movement Ministry, an online social cause reminding women that they are created in the image of God. We provide godly wisdom through blogs, videos, and our More Than Sexy Podcast.

My coaching methods are biblical and holistic. I use the holistic method because I have found that by observing 4 important aspects of my client's life can help her achieve the goal of becoming confident in the woman God wonderfully and uniquely designed.
