About Me

WHAT I DO: As an Empowerment Coach, I focus on helping women connect to who they truly are and what they want out of life. I understand how those nagging negative thoughts in your head can keep you from going after what you really want. Working with me you will learn the skills to quash that voice, lean into your power, gain confidence and ultimately obtain the life or career you have always wanted.

HOW I DO IT: I help you connect to what it is you really want out of your life or career and identify the right ways to get it. I help get you satisfied with your life, recognized at work, or obtaining work-life balance by dealing with stress. Whatever your goal, we can work together to make this life the best one for you.

MY STORY: My passion to help women and especially women of color drawing from my own life experiences. I believe that as a women there are significant strengths we can draw from such as tenacity and determination, key concepts that lead to life and career success.

I am a Puerto Rican woman who grew up knowing the street game but kept my focus on education first. My philosophy is to use my background and culture, along with my nearly ten years of experience in management, to help women identify exactly what they want from their life or careers and learn the skills to obtain it. I create a supportive environment to explore your life and career aspirations, and then help to create action plans to get you there.
