About Me

Hi, I'm so glad you're hear and reading this! I am a life and relationship coach. I am on this platform with an intention to assist you in having better life and an uplifted state-of-being.

Self-growth journey began for me when I started working with people over 14 years ago. To me, understanding personalities and behavioral psychology are two most fascinating aspects.

When I experienced multiple life-changing events at a young age, I didn't have an unbiased resource to get answers from. I had to self-educate to coping methods, becoming more self-aware, understanding emotions and constantly staying self-motivated. Which is why when I work with people, I am able to better resonate and empathize with their feelings. Which is also why since past 4 years I have been researching and understanding the dynamics of life, relationships and spirituality. It has inspired me to be a resource to others, to help people, to share the wisdom in any small or big way I can.

My specialties are - provide perspective to those feeling overwhelmed, confused and stuck in any area of life; recovery from emotional abuse and trauma.
