About Me

Jasenka is passionate about human development and people’s success. She believes that when people allow themselves to embrace authenticity and creativity into the journey of personal mastery, they become more effective, balanced and successful.

Jasenka is native from Bosnia, moved to United States in 1999 after fleeing the civil war. Prior to coming to US Jasenka has been denied the asylum in Europe. Confused, feeling rejected, and exhausted from being maltreated, she applied to come to USA to find her peace. After going through deep depression, she picked herself up, enrolled in ESL to learn English while simultaneously supporting herself and her family. “I dared to look inside, I allowed myself to be vulnerable and started to see where I was stuck, triggered and a victim. I saw where I needed to heal and forgive so that I could become my best self. I took the time to get to know me, my deep pain and turned “Why Me” into Now What?

Her "second chance" she was granted in life she decided to turn it into a Success. Jasenka graduated from UC Berkeley, where she was introduced to Coaching and Organizational Change, and where she discovered that her story and pain are also a steppingstone, a path to heal. Helping others find inner peace, overcome obstacles, create vision, uncover their purpose, and contribute to humanity is THE purpose. Jasenka launched her coaching company because that is the way she felt she could make the biggest difference.

For the last 15 years, Jasenka has been synthesizing the ideas of educators and philosophers to develop a unique style of coaching. She integrated that information with her own experiences and developed a commonsense approach for addressing life’s and business challenges.
