About Me

I am a faith-based Men’s Confidence Coach and Positive Psychology Coach dedicated to helping Christian men overcome their lack of self-confidence they can fully achieve their personal, professional, and relationship goals.

I know what it’s like to have a voice in the back of your head telling you you’re not good enough, and how that voice can sabotage every area of your life. But I also know that voice is not only not telling the truth, it’s also the first and biggest obstacle standing between you and what you want to achieve.

We were each created for a unique and exciting destiny, but many of us fail to step into this destiny because we convince ourselves that we aren’t good enough. We allow our self-doubt to masquerade as pragmatism or wisdom and so we rob ourselves of a beautiful and fulfilling life.

My job is to help you recognize these limiting beliefs that stop you from embracing your calling. The truth is that not only are you good enough, but you are an amazing and one-of-a-kind individual gifted with incredible strengths. You are a champion just waiting to be let loose so that you can serve others in an extravagant way that is wholly unique to who you are.

I subscribe to the coaching methods of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Consequently, I don’t believe in giving my clients a ton of direct advice. I believe that each of my clients are already resource and powerful. I use positive psychology and other scientifically backed methods to help my clients:

1. Gain clarity on core values and inner desires
2. Identify, develop, and apply strengths in pursuit of those values
3. Overcome internal obstacles/limiting beliefs that stand in their way
