About Me

I became a Life Coach in 2006 when my current employer told me he would be selling the building I was managing. His encouragement and my love for working with people led me to Life Coaching. He said he saw so many of our tenants sharing their difficulties with me, and feeling the satisfaction of being helped by me, I absolutely could not go wrong. He was correct, only the satisfaction is felt by me as well as my clients. I don't pamper you or let you escape the work you have to do in order to make the changes necessary to enhance your life. I will always support you, and I will listen closely as you describe your situation to me. We will then come up with a plan to help you achieve "your best self".
