I use a proven SUCCESS PROGRAM. This guided coaching program offers you the process, tools and techniques to create success and well-being consistently in all areas of your life. The content is fashioned by your present reality and future goals.
We meet 1hr every week for 10 weeks. I also provide a complimentary journaling membership and require that your journal daily. I respond to almost every journal which means you receive coaching almost EVERY DAY.
