I'm the founder and owner of Courageous Leadership Coaching. I have been a leadership coach and developer for over 20 years and was in leadership positions for 20 years prior to that. In 1993 I created a leadership institute that has graduated over 700 leaders from private, non-profit and public organizations. From this experience I have learned that leadership can be lonely, stressful and self- doubting. It is often easier for a leader to make decisions for their organization or other people then for themselves. As your trusted partner, I listen as you ask yourself the hard questions and help guide you to the answers that are right for you. You do not have to give up who you are or what you love in order to be an efffective leader. My coaching focuses on how you bring yourself fully and successfully into your leadership role.
