About Me

Janica is a certified holistic health coach, life coach, published author, freelance writer, single mom of 3, and cheerleader for women. She spends her time learning, running, writing and hanging out with her kids. She lives life differently than most and she prides herself on that, and helping other women say F*CK OFF to the social norms.

Janica attended IIN {Institute for Integrative Nutrition} in 2015, learning to be a holistic health coach. In working with clients she realized the coaching is much deeper than nutrition. We all want to feel better, look better and do better. Her coaching practice transitioned into business and life coaching by 2017.

Janica now works with women all over the world helping them release old limiting belief patterns, overcome codependency, and learn to love themselves. She believes that success is an inside job, so she guides her clients through the deep inner healing work that will allow them to show up and be the person they are dreaming of.

Through many life and business experiences, Janica has learned that the only thing we can control {or are responsible for} is ourselves. We can never be responsible for anything or anyone else, so radical responsibility is the main theme in her coaching.
