About Me

Since 2012, I have been studying how our pasts shape us, the effects of societal standards, and the impact of values. With the techniques of Neuro Linguistics Programming and through the power of transformation learn how to; bridge the gap, define self-worth, set tangible goals, find comfort through change, and how 1% micro changes can alter lives.

I am a certified Life Coach and NLP Master Practitioner. While committed to the growth and evolution of my clients, in a judgement-free zone with compassion and understanding, I am here to help them celebrate their successes and wins along the way. I believe our sessions will prompt and elicit new thoughts and ideas. They may shift your perspective and provide clarity that can open up endless possibilities. The power of the mind is incredible, and the power of our thoughts can transform our lives.

Often the inner work we do can be the hardest, however it can have the greatest impact on our lives. Believing in honoring all of our emotions, no matter how uncomfortable they may feel, and through acknowledgment and awareness of our mindset, we can shift and evolve the direction we desire.
