About Me

Hi, I’m Jane. Thanks for your interest in participating in life coaching. It is such a valuable and successful process.

I am a very experienced life coach and high school teacher. I feel privileged that so many clients have trusted me over the years with their hopes for the future. I feel excited every time I meet someone new because I know that wonderful changes are imminent. It happens every time and it will happen for you.

A point of difference with my coaching is that it is an ongoing process. I will not just be your Life Coach during appointments, we will continue communicating during the coaching process. This method has proven to be extremely successful. You will have someone cheering you on and checking in with you as you enact your plan that we will generate together. Sometimes there will be tasks for you to complete in between sessions to accelerate your progress.

Yes, I know it sounds very thorough and it is - because it needs to be. If you were able to do this by yourself you would have been successful by now. I promise that we will have fun and we will also have results.
