About Me
My coaching is grounded in learning to trust our true selves. You have the answer within you, but maybe you’ve forgotten how to listen. When we are clear on who we are, then we can define our LIFEWORK. Merriam-Webster defines lifework as “the entire principal work of one’s lifetime.” It's what we bring to the world when we know who we want to be, from there we can design goals and a lifestyle that allows us to be that best, true self.

I had some reservations going into Life Coaching sessions with a person younger than me and thought "How can she possibly know what to do with the challenges and the issues I'm facing in my Life and Career at the ripe young age of 57!?!" But I hand picked Janae through a work portal based on philosophical and other values, so I decided to go 'All In!'
