About Me

My coaching philosophy is based on the systemic view. As a coach, I see myself as a supporter and advisor in the process of finding solutions. I take care of the How and you take care of the What. We work on your topics in a customized, solution-oriented way and as effective as possible. I am the blank sheet of paper, white paper, and I look forward to getting to know you and your world. Because it's about you - about your system: We are all in constant interaction between different people, groups, organizations, situations, processes or conflicts.

Additionally, combined my passion for coaching as well as horses. "SaddleUp Coaching" is a joined project with my business partner offering horse-assisted coaching for individuals and organizations including team coaching and leadership training in south of Germany.
