About Me

My name is Dr. Jan Kircher. I am an experienced professional workplace coach devoted to workplace wellness and professional health. I have a master’s degree in Social Work and a Ph.D., in Sociology.

Over the course of my tenure as a university social work professor, I faced workplace challenges and was provided with strategies that were ineffective and destabilizing. Despite my best efforts, I often felt trapped in my career choices and workplace decisions due to toxic environments and workplace bullying.

Having experienced workplace and professional trauma, I began researching workplace wellbeing and developed cutting-edge strategies to assist professionals and companies who are dealing with a variety of challenges at work including workplace bullying.

In addition to my expertise as a speaker, trainer, and consultant, I also provide executive coaching, leadership development, and individual coaching and mentoring. With my programs, employers and employees receive effective, customized solutions that transform challenges into opportunities for growth and healing.
