About Me

James Ouma is passionate Clarity Coach, Storyteller and currently undergoing his coach certification through Co-Active Training Institute. James helps clients to find clarity, discover their treasure, deepen their relationships and forge ahead with confidence.

For the past 7 years, James has worked in the nonprofit sector, helping male teens and exceptional young men to form their character, be more appreciative, build their confidence, repair damaged relationships with parents and live more fulfilling lives.

As a coach and mentor, James uses his life experiences and coaching skills he has gained from other coaches to co-create long lasting solutions with his clients. On a path to discover his own lifesong, James uses his time, coaching skills and creativity to repair relations and help break boys out of prison through his nonprofit organization.

He works with individuals – with a strong bias towards male teens – who need inspiration and a champion who can cheer them on their life journey. This includes male teens who are facing transition to adulthood, juvenile delinquency, need help with smart goal setting and a father-figure.

James loves cycling for charity, reading books, writing, listening to music and watching movies. He is currently writing a book on his experience with breaking boys out of prison. He lives in Nairobi with his wife Cynthia Wendo, a Gospel Musician, songwriter and Chinese Language & Culture Consultant.
