About Me

My name is James M Murphy, Executive Business Coach, Speaker, Behavioral expert and author. My life purpose is working with men to re-engage their Life Purpose, Confidence, Power and Productivity.

Why? I grew up a poor kid in Iowa, overweight and lacking in any self worth and confidence. I worked 2-full time jobs every summer as a janitor at a steel mill, restaurant cook and Outhouse cleaner at a county park to pay for my college. Afterwards, I served in the US Army and the US Marshal Service. I was also miserable, in debt and still not happy with life.

Then I went to see motivational guru Anthony Robbins and my life changed forever. I discovered I could use my deep emotions for power, strength and confidence. I ended up coaching with Tony for over 10 years and have logged over 25,000 coaching sessions. With additional training is in Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy™ and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) my clients get results.

How can my talents help you? My primary coaching process is clearing up issues on the 'inside' that prevent you from getting what you want on the 'outside.' Primary emotional issues that prevent most people from having what they want are lack of purpose, anger, sadness, fear, guilt, limiting decisions and low self esteem. Even the highest achiever can always become more.
