About Me

I'm James Freeman-Gray. An accredited, Level 7 Executive and Leadership coach who works with people who want to invest in meaningful, authentic and enriching ways to live their life and move away from autopilot, burnout and unintentional living.

Online coaching for amazing humans who feel lost in their own lives. We'll work together to carve a path to the life you want (and away from the crushing expectation to be anything other than yourself).

I work with people who think and see the world a little differently. Who have unique gifts to share but sometimes get lost, overwhelmed or disheartened. I support them to connect with the amazing humans they are, manage what might be getting in the way and build their talents to the life they want.

I’m a qualified Executive and Business Coach and spend most of my time working with individuals on personal development and life coaching. I’m certified by the global Institute of Leadership Management (ILM) as a Level 7 Coach.

I’ve been supporting individuals to transform their lives and make the most of their talents for over 15 years – in organisations and individually. My background is in leading global change and transformation as a Change Director.
