About Me

My name is Jake hoppe, I am a certified Life coach. I specialize in the mental health field and I’m passionate about working in the mental health field. My primary focus is to help individuals with mental health related issues etc. I work with children and adults with a wide variety of problems,helping them learn how to better function and helping them reach their fullest potential.

I use various modalities in my work to help my clients in the best way possible,whatever you’re struggling with I can help. I have cerebral palsy and nonverbal, so I mainly do online work and I offer email,messaging through a hippa compliant secure application or live chat.
