About Me

I help my clients to find their purpose and work towards personal or professional goals with meaning.

I trained in executive coaching, leadership coaching, systemic coaching and Imagery Coaching (Functional Imagery Training or FiT). I draw from all of these but specialise in using FiT because it provides a long term solution to ensure my clients meet their goals but also develop strategies that deliver lasting change (and that they can apply to other areas of their lives). I use FiT in my own life and it has truly transformed my work and personal life.

I believe that we are the experts in our own lives and the best navigators of our future. The pace of modern life often fails to provide sufficient opportunity to explore that possible future and develop a clear image of where we want to go and the live we want to create. I enable my clients to explore that vision and benefit from the same techniques applied by elite athletes to bring that vision into their daily reality.

I see my work with clients as a collaboration, bringing together our respective skills and expertise to meet individual goals. My style is creative, dynamic and often visual. My work with my clients is based around the power of listening, collaboration and is highly solutions focused.

I work online with clients across the world but also deliver outdoor, nature based coaching in Bristol and the South of England.
