About Me

I am a passionate advocate for the transformative power of play, movement, and creativity. My journey began at Naropa University, where I studied Somatic Psychology and Peace Studies, exploring the connection between mind, body, and the ways we create harmony in our lives and relationships. My education was complemented by a deep dive into creativity coaching, which gave me the tools to help others unlock their potential and rediscover their joy.

Immersing myself in mindful movement practices like 5 Rhythms dance, I found profound healing and empowerment through movement. This inspired me to create my own unique dance journey, blending play, mindfulness, and self-discovery into an experience that invites participants to connect with their inner child while growing as individuals. I’ve had the honor of sharing this offering at festivals and as stand-alone classes, witnessing how these practices open hearts and inspire transformation.

Through my work, I’ve discovered that play and creativity are not just tools for fun—they are pathways to confidence, connection, and self-expression. They have been pivotal in helping me become the person I am today, and I am deeply committed to supporting others on their own journeys.

Whether it’s through movement, mindfulness, or imaginative exploration, my mission is to help people bring magic back into their lives, rediscovering the special moments that make life feel vibrant and meaningful. I believe in creating spaces where people can feel safe, supported, and free to embrace who they truly are.
