About Me

Trauma is what happens to you after an event. I hope to guide folks through what comes next. In sessions, I employ a person-first approach and use a combination of art healing and coaching based in: emotional intelligence, life purpose, happiness, transformation, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) informed activities, and meditation.

As a trauma survivor myself, I created the Holistic Services Department at a sexual assault survivor start-up company that I directed for three years. When I parted ways, I started my own non-profit to continue creating community based healing spaces for trauma survivors. Through these experiences, I’ve had the honor of working alongside trauma-informed specialists and creative arts therapists for several years. Additionally, during my four years at NYU I coached incoming students of color and regularly organized with New York City activists.

Given my experience as a queer, non-binary Boricua, I seek to work with the communities I come from

I cannot heal folks, but I can guide them through the tools to empower them as they heal themselves.
