Life coaching is my passion. I walked away from a successful 20+ year corporate career to open my coaching practice and haven't looked back. Ultimately, I became a life coach because I needed one. When I came face to face with my limited beliefs, lack of healthy boundaries, and desire to define my own life and success, I needed to be challenged, guided and encouraged.
