I am dedicated to guiding high-achieving professionals on their journey to personal and professional growth. I offer coaching in a number of areas including career changes, work/life balance, overcoming stress & burnout, working through challenges in isolation or loneliness, starting a small business, negotiation and assertiveness skills, and lifestyle and wellness coaching.

I have a background built on a passion for psychology and communications. I combine my knowledge in mental health counseling and organizational psychology to build out robust and impactful coaching plans for my clients. In addition, as a career changer myself, I understand what it takes to go through a career transition process and ultimately find meaning and purpose in one's work. With an unwavering dedication to fostering positive change and igniting professional growth, I am here to partner with you and guide you on a path to purpose and sustainable success.
