About Me

I’m a multi-passionate person that realized the difficulty in finding a career that didn’t hinder a portion of my unique personality. My passions include outdoor adventures, gardening, genealogy, graphic design, building websites and health and wellness. I started in education because I love teaching others (kids to adults) but felt it lacked something from my passions so changed directions and became a dental hygienist. After over five years in the dental field I again noticed something lacking. This led me to taking two years of self assessment, meditation, business planning and finally creating my coaching business by helping others find a work life balance that enriches personal passions!
