I am a certified Master Business Coach and have extensive relationship coaching by the master Dr. John Gray the author and coach. My focus is getting your practice systematized, running smoothly,communicating well and profitable. I will also help you utilize your contacts and skill sets into leveraged referral systems and creating content for passive income.

My approach is gentle yet accountable, focused and action oriented. If you are willing to stretch, or the pain of staying the same has exceeded the pain of moving forward I am your coach!

I have 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the medical and business fields. I have over 500 hours of class time and well over 5,000 hours of coaching, I utilize manty tools to guide you along your path and remind you that your practice is your choice and not something that runs you.
Lastly I remind you that fun and time away are as important as your profession. You chose to practice medicine not have it be all that you are.
