About Me

My Name is Jacob Egbert and I am Transformative Health. I have chosen this as who I am. This is a specific creation that guides my being and actions. My Heart's purpose is to elevate the experience of being human. I set out to accomplish this over 20 years ago as I began my formal education. this led me to become trained in medicine as a physician. I specialized in physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. During this, I also pursued an education in physical culture and athletics as well as transformative education and mindset shifts.

My life's work is to guide people through the practice of optimizing physical, mental, and spiritual health to maximize performance and elevate the experience of being human.
