Courageous - Compassionate - Free

These three words describe how I aspire to be on a daily basis. This is who I am at my best.

To me, Courageous means being trusting, open, and honest. Compassionate means being kind, accepting, and open. Free means being present, grateful, and honoring myself. Hopefully this tells you a little bit about what I stand for.

I am recovering from codependency. I say recovering, not recovered, as I view it as an ongoing journey. In my codepedency, I entered a marriage with no self-esteem and constantly seeking external validation. It is no surprise this marriage ended in divorce and a lot of pain. I struggled with core beliefs that I was inadequate and not enough unless validated by others. I have viewed myself as the underdog for so long - less than, small, not valued, somehow lacking. My recovery began when I chose to accept and love myself, stop being a victim, and take responsibility for my own happiness. This has not been an easy journey. I've learned to embrace my imperfection and forgive myself for mistakes. I am passionate about personal transformation and I am excited to work with anyone who is willing to do the challenging work of becoming their best self.

I have been certified as a life coach since 2020. While I am just beginning my career as a coach, I draw upon my own experience and years of accumulated knowledge gained through my own journey of self improvement.
