A safe space to help you navigate stress, a which helps to prevent the experience of those intense, debilitating emotions & the confusion they create. A safe space for you to experience trust, and to learn to make conscious choices while freely expressing yourself. A place to experience the uniqueness that is your introverted and rebellious nature.

Through film travel and living in 3 countries I’ve realized some of my unique virtues of creativity and expressing my wilder side, which I offer you as the essence of my coaching.
