About Me

Hi, I’m Julia, a counselor for personal development and a coach based in Prague and operating remotely as well. I specialized in both areas during 2020-2021.

The way I work with my clients is gradual, tackling aspects acting like bottlenecks in development (insufficient self-knowledge, limiting beliefs, unharnessed emotions, reactive behaviors) and at the other end of the spectrum discovering top character strengths and the way they could be assets, helping with building resilience, assertiveness and more autonomy, based on current client's internal and external resources.
