About Me

Clinical psychologist studying Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Ontological and Thanatology Coach. I work with interpersonal relations, emotional disregulation, trauma and impulsivity.
My experience with over 70 patients have provided me with the tools to facilitate this process of change. My focus is to help the brave navigate through their emotions and disfunctional thoughts, so we can mold them into something more functional. Sometimes we act on auto-pilot, the goal is to turn it off and start taking control of your own lives. The idea is to make you feel that you have the choice of how you want to confront life, not be a victim of your feelings.
