Growing up as a skinny girl, I had to deal with shyness in high school and first year at the University. God turned things around for me and I began teaching confidence in life and dating to other ladies.

It can be a confusing time to be single. So it was for me. It felt like there were no men anymore who even wanted a real relationship. You feel that way,too? I've been there!

Why Me?

I help ladies get the love and respect they deserve in their relationship and in life generally. As a Christian coach, I work one to one or in groups to inspire and help ladies live a happy and fulfilled life.
For me, it's all about being happy with life as it is right now, instead of postponing happiness to the future, with the thought that we will have it all by then. I believe that in our present situation, we can still be our best, with the right attitude and action to back it up.
Trained as a health educator(at both First Degree and Masters Level), I have a unique background in communications, shaping personal attitudes, beliefs, and values ,which help my clients achieve their coaching goals.
