About Me
I coach people who find themselves feeling stuck and uncertain about what their next move should be personally or professionally. I help them move through the uncertainty to design and create a happier and more fulfilling life.
Do you feel that something is missing in your life, even though you have checked off every goal on your list? Do you at times wonder if there is more to life, but can’t pinpoint what it is exactly that you are searching for? Let’s talk! I help my clients work through the “stuck” feeling, design their ideal personal and career path, and support them through the transition.
You do not have to quit your job, move to a different country, wait for a miracle, or learn a new skill to find purpose in your life. Small consistent changes that are aligned with your authentic values can be life-changing. There may be many reasons why you can’t identify what exactly you are looking for. This is where my coaching comes in. I help clients work through their blocks, fears, and patterns. From there, I work with my clients to redesign things that did not serve them well in the past and create new actions to improve their performance. After working with me, my clients will have developed a skillset that will serve them for a lifetime.
I am a Certified Professional Coach and the founder of Quest Matters (www.questmatters.com). I trained at iPEC which is a fully accredited program by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Becoming a coach was a result of a decade long career in the financial services industry, my journey of being a parent, and my experiences as a world traveler. I trust most people know what makes them happy and fulfilled. Being engaged on the journey to self-leadership, however, often requires a little bit of guidance and accountability.
Before becoming a coach, I received my undergraduate degree from Manhattan College and was a forensic accountant who focused on international corruption investigations.

I do not judge myself so often and I learned how to be patient with myself. I learned how to set healthy boundaries and effectively communicate what is important to me. This in turn improved my sleep and motivation to exercise and do things I enjoy! I am so grateful for the changes - and I can't believe all those only happened in about a year.

Irina is an amazing, effective coach. She poses very insightful questions that really help you gain clarity and new self-awareness. Irina helped me through a very stressful life transition when I moved. With her coaching, I was able to navigate the obstacles that came up for me and really prove to myself that I was capable of handling them. I recommend Irina very highly!
