Hello, I am Irene, I am a Coach and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher.
I help individuals to reconnect with their inner peace, and to find fulfilment from within oneself, reconnecting with internal trust and joy that we all have been looking for from outside of us.

I help clients to rediscover the truth that, ultimately, all you have been seeking, is already within you.

No matter how much one distracts themselves with external sources for fulfilment (work, tv dramas, booze, shopping etc.) one may still feel feel an overwhelming sense of emptiness within. This is because, ultimately, all we ever want and need are from, and only can come from, within ourselves.

I am here to help you to ground in your own power despite the external circumstances and achievements. And from this place of empowerment, you will walk on a path a freedom and joy and lead a life that you have always wanted.
